Initial and Annual Training

INSTRUCTIONS:

The downloadable information on this page forms the basis of MCCI’s Initial and Annual Training which is in compliance with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA), the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS), and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

Each Module addresses competencies that successful clinicians possess. Once completed please download the comprehensive Clinical Competency Examination at the end of this section and complete the examination. You may either give the completed Competency Exam to your Regional Director or you may save a copy, attach the completed examination to an email addressed to: admin@multi-county.com

Upon receipt of the completed Clinical Competency Examination certificates of completion will be issued and copies of each placed in the personnel files.

All staff members must demonstrate compliance by submitting the completed Clinical Competency Examination to the above email address within 2 weeks of initial employment and annually thereafter by March 31st  regardless of hire date.  Non-compliance may result in the temporary suspension of clinical privileges until the completed Clinical Competency Examination is submitted.
